Hey Oak Park!  Are you looking to beef up your resume and get involved at school?  Look no further.  The Oak Park Journalism Department is looking for talented students like you to develop a new logo.  This logo will be the new face of the department and will be featured on our website and other future publications.  Interested? All students are welcome to apply. Read the requirements below and sign up to win.




Students must create a logo in the form of a photograph, illustration(this includes any 2D practices), or an online graphic to be featured on

The graphic must have:

-at  least one “Norman the Northmen” however he can be interpreted any way you like

-the design must include or leave room for the words “Northmen News”

-the design must be school appropriate

-the design must be student made

******for graphic design students interested we need ALL 5 different sizes listed below

1400px wide by 150px tall.

780px wide. (square)

128px by 128px

480px wide by 118px tall

150px wide and a max height of 50px
