Monday shows the last practice for JV mens volleyball before their game the next day. The team worked hard to make sure they were ready.
At their regular practice, varsity teamed worked hard practicing with drills like trying to hit a chair being guarded by their teammate, and spiking the ball off a yoga ball to make the spike more unpredictable in order to sharpen focus and reflexes, while the JV team spent their time practicing blocking with boogie boards and had a scrimmage against the varsity team, which they won.
Junior Niko Nakahodo spins a ball on his hand. He said, "I'm not very good at it yert."
