Continuing the “Despicable Me” series, let’s just say it was pretty good; I think this movie is great for kids as well as adults.

A father working to make sure he spends time with his family while being hunted makes an interesting storyline.

In this movie Gru, voiced by actor Steve Carell, goes into hiding when Maxime Le Mal, voiced by actor Will Farrell, escapes from prison to get revenge. Gru wants to spend time with his newborn baby boy who likes tormenting him, as well as keeping his family safe from the criminal by moving into a safe house.

I mainly liked the movie for the script and how they blended genres in the movie.

This movie would probably be loved by kids but overall enjoyable for any age group. This movie is worth watching when looking for movies to watch with younger kids.
