Tips For Finals

With finals coming up I’m sure everyone at Oak Park is a little stressed.

For your sake instead of staying up late and studying you may want to start studying earlier and get some sleep. Eight hours a night is recommended for high schoolers and doing so will keep your mind sharp and give you an edge on your finals.

Another tip is to eat breakfast. Breakfast is what will fuel your brain and body through the day by giving you that needed dose of sugar to your blood.

Don’t make finals any more stressful then they have to be and get good sleep and eat a good breakfast. It may be your ticket to a good grade.
