Recipe: Green Shakes at home
Have you ever tasted a shamrock shake from McDonald’s and wondered how you make it, or maybe you just really liked it.
Well now you can make it at home with a recipe from my very own grandma, Ethel Weide.
Ingredients:
4 cups of slow churned vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon of pure peppermint extract
1½ to 2 cups of low fat milk – depending on desired thickness
3 tablespoons of sugar
Green food coloring
Instructions:
Blend until smooth and that’s it!
