When it rains

A calm, dreary rain 

It makes you feel that

All is going to be fine.

When it rains an aggressive thunderstorm,

With severe strikes of lightning and

Boisterous thunder occurring after,

It makes you feel that

This is going to cause damage,

Lots of chaos.

Do we dread thunderstorms, but

Enjoy the rain?

Do we expect the rain, but 

Get terrified by the occurrence of 

Lightning and thunder?

We enjoy the rain when its calm and dreary,

But we fear the aggressive, boisterous thunderstorm, 

For we don’t see it for its chaotic beauty.
