For seniors, it’s about time to start applying to colleges, getting ACT scores sent in and scholarships done. 4 different seniors from Oak Park talk about their plans for colleges and what they are planning to do later in their life.

Senior Andrew Harris said he is looking into Missouri Western because his mom attended this college. Harris said,“It’s a really good one. I am going to major in being an orthopedic surgeon and I have already applied.”

Senior Tyler Depetre said, “ I’m looking into going to Northwest and when I went on my tour there it felt like home,”

Depetre continues, “ I’m going to Major in business and minor in sports marketing and yes I have applied and been

accepted.”

Senior Maddison Witmer said, “ I want to attend UCM because my mom, brother and sister have gone there and it has a good nursing program.”

Witmer also noted that she wants to major in nursing and hasn’t applied yet but is looking into joining a sorority.

Senior Matthew Bausch said, “I want to go to Mizzou because they have an honors college program that I can get into.”

Unfortunately Bausch mentioned that he doesn’t know what he wants to major in yet.
