Ukraine – Since November 2013, Ukraine has been in a disagreement. The West wants to be the part of the EU while the East wants to be the part of Russia. This broke out the current war going on.

Currently, My family is from Ukraine; currently my grandma and uncle are in the city, Dontesk. While my cousins and others have fled away. Some went to the capital city Kiev, some went to Russia.

My opinion about is that it’s just ridiculous. My grandma is under bombing every day, she fears that at any moment her house can get blown up.

My uncle’s best friend died right in front of his eyes from a bullet.

I know some people forgot about this war going on.

In my household, we live it every day, my mom will sit on the laptop for hours just to hear on what’s going on. We skype our family back home every day to make sure they are okay. My mom even fell into a depression for a while because her hometown was bombed.

The point I’m trying to make is why is this still happening? Why is no one helping? Why isn’t Putin helping the city of Dontesk, but yet he took Crimea away? Why is America even involved in it? When will this war just end?
