Every April, Oak Park has its one acts festival. This is a project where theater 3/4 students write and direct their own plays for other students to audition for. Performances were held on April 11 and April 24 in the little theater.
Junior James Mueller is featured in Eden Duncan’s one act, “The Day Before Saturday.” As a new actor, he was unsure about theater and had worries going into it, but he found himself more confident after trying one acts. “I think that beforehand I couldn’t see myself doing anything theater related, and now I kind of can. I think it can be fun now.”
