Fans Share Football Memories
As the football season come to an end, players and fans had much to say about the boys this year. Even though the Northmen didn’t take a victory once this season, spirits stayed high.
Sophomore Brandon White, varsity starting corner, said he believes to better his team he can cheer them on from the sidelines and hope for a better turnout. He was still hopeful for next year.
“[Junior] Andrew Harris mostly had the biggest impact on the scores in a good way,” White said.
Many players said they believed quarterback Harris was the biggest star of the team this year.
“I think the team as a whole did a wonderful job,” Harris said.
OP fans, including junior George LaPorte, showed support as well.
“Maybe if they had more uplifting spirits at the games, the team would be happier to play,”LaPorte said. “I love OP, but they really do need more support from all angles and a couple changes should bring the wins home.”
