Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal/ quick oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
Mix everything in a bowl until incorporated. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour, then roll into 1” balls. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
*can use other nut butters, can add chia seeds, or other things you like
