Happy New Year! With the new semester quickly approaching, it’s important to start off the year with the right mindset. Getting back to work with the right mindset can be hard. Here are a few tips to keep everything together from the start.
KEEP ORGANIZED: Create a folder solely dedicated to homework helps a lot. Just keeping all of your papers in the right folders and writing organized notes can make a world of a difference.
ASK TEACHERS FOR HELP: Though staying after school for tutoring can be a drag, if your confused getting some one-on-one time with your teacher can be an easy way to understand your tougher classes.
STUDY WITH FRIENDS: Rereading notes and study guides aren’t always the best way to memorize a load of information. Working with friend can increase both retention and your motivation to learn; you’ll be less likely to get sidetracked.
