When people want to block out the world, some listen to music, some go for a run, and some go for a drive by themselves.

Senior Myeshia McCrary does none of these. She goes to “9Rounds” to get away and let out all the anger she might have that day.

“ 9Rounds is a thirty minute course of on-going exercise. I like working with the punching and kicking bags. Every hit I throw is letting out every single piece of anger I have. Its an amazing feeling.” McCrary said.

She attends “9Rounds” twice a week.

If you ever get tired of going for a run or driving around to let off some steam, try something different. Get out some boxing gloves and head to “9Rounds.”
